Saltbox Primitive Art
in Country Home Decor
Saltboxes and sheep. New England coastal scenes of saltbox houses and light houses. Farm life personified. A simpler painting style for overwhelmed lives.

Primitive Country Artist
Warren Kimble has got to be one of my favorite American primitive artists. He paints everything from country scenes to cats and flags.
You can find his work on decorative china, posters, wall paper, calendars, rugs and more.
Warren Kimble's Training and Career
Warren, (raised in New Jersey, USA), painted as a young boy. He then went on to receive formal art training at Syracuse University, and graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree in 1957.
Warren Kimble began his artistic career in advertising, and he also taught art in the public schools. Later he joined the art faculty at Castleton State College in Castleton, Vermont. From Castleton State College Warren then began to paint, as a full time career, in 1983.
There aren't too many artists today that can financially survive from their artwork. The ones that can are exceptionally gifted, have a brilliant marketing team or know how to give the public more of what it likes. Warren Kimble is such an example.
How to Get Your Own Warren Kimble
Warren Kimble's art, as well as view other primitive artist's works are on right now at the Warren Kimble aisle of the country store at unheard of discounts for such fine work and framing.
Visit the site and type 'Kimble' into the search box to only see Warren's work, or
'folk art' - to see all primitive works
available.
That American flag print is another one of Warren Kimble's works of art.
