I am a stay at home mom and a crafter. I go to crafts show and do very well at them. I want to be able to sell from home on the computer and have my own website and really get my crafts out there. I am just not sure how to get started. Everyone tell me that I need a store but being a at home mom the money is not there to do that and my house is not big enough to open a shop. I would love to find some grants that would help me get a start and get my business up and running. Please Help!!! Where should I start. I can make the crafts and do the work. I’m just not good at knowing where to start. Any help would be great. Thanks, Pam

Could someone email me with ideas?

Hi Laura. I,m getting up in years and want to do my own thing in upstate n.y. I am a very hard worker and I,ve tried to think of every job under the sun. I,m not afraid to use my back but would rather use my brain. It,s just my wife and I and now I would rather spend time together than getting frustrated at some job you have to take what you get. Not what your worth. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Bob Craig

My strong point is typing, and I want to work from home. I have been scammed already by the “stuffing envelopes” scam, and now I don’t know where to begin for fear of being scammed again. Are there legitimate typist from home positions? And where do I go to find these positions? Is it true that if a company asks you to send money to start making money it is not legitimate? Thank you

My wife and I are very interested in moving to a small town. We currently live in Houston where I make about 100k per year. We would not need to earn that much in a small town, but we do need an income stream and we have no idea where to start.

My wife spent about ten years as a single foster mom, caring for kids with medical needs. We adopted five of these kids (current ages 5 through 13). She has extensive medical knowledge. She is a city girl but insists she is ready for the rural life, which she has come to know a little through me.

I grew up in a small town (population 1000) in Texas. The closest “city” was 90 miles away and had a population of 150,000. I am currently employed as a financial analyst for a large corporation. I have extensive experience working with business plans, budgets, forecasts, financial statements and the lending process.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Best,

    MacGregor

Hi there Laura Childs: I am a retired policeman (RCMP), sperated and worked many jobs since I retired 13 years ago. My career was throughout Ontario and found Nova Scotia a good place to live. I have a very good broad based life and work skills to offer. I am finding that some jobs are becoming to stressful to keep up with. I don’t need to make a lot of more money over my pesion, but can supplement that. I do need some work to keep me occupied. I also have a place in the country, and would rather not have to communte in the summer back and forth to Halifax every day. I have looked at a great deal of offers out there, and am aware of the scams and reluctant to invest money or my time without knowing how these programs work. I am searching for advised on reviews and found yours. I am motivated and will make the effort to make working at home a priority for me. Some thing that I can spend anywhere from a couple of hours a day to 8 hours if I like the work. I am looking for consulting on just what I need to know about online work. I would like to hear more from you, please. Dave Muldoon

I am eager to move to a VERY small town, have a simple life and be happy. But I don’t know where to go.. and I don’t know what to do. I have dreamed of this for ten years now. And i am ready to just pack and drive. I am wanting to work from home. But there are so many scams. Can you please point me in the right direction. And if you know of a very small town, with a small house to rent, a lake nearby… wow that would be perfect. Please let me know. :)
    Eager to hear from you…
