The recipes listed in the linked area at right are all tried, tested and true. Many readers over the years have written in, commented, and praised these recipes and each one has been tested by a multitude of cooks with great results.

Why am I telling you that about free recipes? Well because I personally have visited and tried a number of free recipes from some of the big sites and darn if those recipes seldom turn out for me. It seems there are too many cooks in the kitchen on those sites!

Now this recipe collection isn't much to date, but it is in the works to add more very soon. I've got a big recipe book full of notes and recipes handed down through generations of test cooks and it's time to get it all off my shelf and into your hands!

Now since baking is my forte, I'll start there. Years ago I put up some pages on making homemade bread (they are linked below), but they need a rework and more recipes added.
